Upon the request from any interested party, CEYCERT will always help and guide with relevant information on certification process. Verbal or written requests are accepted.

Upon receiving the duly filled application, CEYCERT will review the application, assess the scope and provide a proposal for certification. Confirmation of the proposal will lead to an adequacy audit.

Successful completion of the adequacy audit will lead to stage I and finally for stage II Audits. Based on outcomes of the final audit, it will be recommended for certification.

Positive recommendation will lead to final decision on granting of certification. The formal certificate will be issued with the validity as per the certification agreement followed by two surveillances and recertification.
